We act only as an intermediary to assist customers in submitting visa applications to embassies and consulates. We do not have authority to approve or reject visas. Final decisions are made by the respective government authorities.
2.2 Ticket Booking & Travel Services
We provide air ticket booking and travel arrangement services. For third-party services such as airlines, hotels, and transport providers, we act only as a booking facilitator. The final service contract is between you and the service provider.
2.3 Tour Packages
We provide domestic and international tour packages including accommodation, transport, and travel arrangements. Some services may be provided by third-party suppliers.
2.4 Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 or above and legally capable of entering contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service if false information is provided.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and genuine information and documents for bookings and visa processing.
3.2 Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details.
3.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
4. Booking and Payments
4.1 Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after full or required payment is received and confirmation is issued by us.
4.2 Pricing
Prices may change due to embassy fee changes, airline charges, taxes, or supplier pricing updates.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payments must be made using accepted payment methods. Any bank or gateway charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Visa Processing Terms
We do not guarantee visa approval.
Visa decisions are made by embassies or government authorities.
Processing times are estimates and may change.
Visa and service fees may be non-refundable after application submission.
Customers must verify visa details after receiving documents.
6. Travel and Tour Terms
6.1 Itinerary Changes
Tour itineraries may change due to weather, operational issues, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
6.2 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party providers such as airlines or hotels.
6.3 Traveler Conduct
We reserve the right to remove travelers from tours if behavior is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Visa fees and service charges are usually non-refundable after submission.
Tour cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges.
Refund timelines depend on suppliers and payment providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for visa rejection, travel delays, or supplier failures.
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights, lost business, or personal losses.
Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid to us for the specific service.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, design, and graphics belongs to Evershine Global and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
12. Changes to Terms
