This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all services provided by Evershine Global (“we”, “us”, “our”) including visa assistance, air ticket bookings, and tour packages. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Visa Services
1.1 Visa processing fees, embassy fees, and service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa processing center.
1.2 If a visa application is cancelled before submission, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion after deducting service and administrative charges.
1.3 Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the issuing authority. We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or additional requirements, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
2. Air Ticket Bookings
2.1 Ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the respective airline.
2.2 Certain promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
2.3 Any airline cancellation penalties, fare differences, or service charges shall be borne by the customer.
3. Tour Packages
3.1 Tour cancellation charges vary based on the date of cancellation and the policies of hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
3.2 No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
3.3 In the event we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered as per supplier policies.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 working days, subject to banking and third-party processing timelines.
