At Evershine Global, we aim to provide reliable and transparent travel services. The following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, activities, visa assistance and other travel services arranged through our company.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payments

* A booking is confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
* Payment requirements may vary depending on the destination, travel service, supplier and booking conditions.
* Certain bookings may require full payment at the time of confirmation.
* Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation charges may apply according to the terms of the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator or other service provider.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their booking by contacting Evershine Global in writing.

Cancellation charges will depend on:

* The date the cancellation request is received.
* The type of service booked.
* The cancellation conditions of the airline, hotel, tour operator or other supplier.
* Any non-refundable payments already made to third-party service providers.

Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, administrative charges and any other non-refundable costs.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be completely or partially non-refundable, including but not limited to:

* Non-refundable hotel reservations
* Promotional or special-rate bookings
* Airline tickets subject to non-refundable conditions
* Visa application or processing fees
* Event or attraction tickets
* Certain transportation bookings
* Advance payments made to overseas suppliers
* Special honeymoon or customized arrangements

Customers will be informed of applicable non-refundable conditions where possible before confirmation of the booking.

4. Flight Cancellation & Changes

Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the respective airline.

Any refund, cancellation or date-change request will be processed according to the airline’s applicable rules. Airline penalties, fare differences, service charges and other applicable costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Evershine Global does not guarantee a refund where the airline’s fare conditions state that the ticket is non-refundable.

5. Hotel Cancellation

Hotel reservations are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the selected property and rate.

Some hotel bookings may allow cancellation without a penalty within a specified period, while others may be partially or completely non-refundable.

Any applicable hotel cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount refundable to the customer.

6. Tour Package Cancellation

Cancellation of a complete tour package may result in charges from multiple suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, airlines, attraction operators and overseas partners.

Therefore, the refundable amount will be determined after confirming the cancellation charges imposed by the relevant suppliers.

Customized and specially arranged packages may have different cancellation conditions.

7. Visa Fees

Visa application fees, embassy fees, appointment fees, service charges and other government or third-party fees are generally non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa application is approved, refused, withdrawn or cancelled.

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

Evershine Global does not guarantee visa approval.

8. Visa Refusal

If a customer’s visa application is refused, any refund will be subject to the terms of the services purchased.

Government, embassy, visa-centre and other third-party fees are generally non-refundable.

Where applicable, refundable amounts for unused travel services will be calculated after deducting cancellation charges imposed by the respective suppliers.

 9. Cancellation by Evershine Global

In exceptional circumstances, Evershine Global may need to cancel or modify a booking due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, supplier cancellation, operational issues, government restrictions, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where possible, we will offer an alternative arrangement or assist the customer in obtaining any refund available from the relevant supplier.

Our liability will be limited to the amount actually recoverable from the relevant service providers, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

Evershine Global shall not be responsible for losses, delays, cancellations or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters
* Severe weather
* Pandemics or epidemics
* War or civil unrest
* Government restrictions
* Border closures
* Strikes
* Flight disruptions
* Airport closures
* Changes in immigration requirements
* Other unforeseen circumstances

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available alternatives or supplier refunds.

11. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved and the applicable amount has been confirmed by the relevant supplier, Evershine Global will process the refund through the applicable payment method.

The processing time may depend on the airline, hotel, overseas partner, bank or payment provider.

Refunds may therefore take time to reach the customer’s account.

12. Administrative / Service Charges

Where applicable, Evershine Global may charge an administrative or service fee for processing cancellations, amendments, refunds or other booking-related requests.

Any applicable service charges will be communicated to the customer before processing where reasonably possible.

13. Date Changes & Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, passenger details, hotels, destinations or other booking arrangements may be subject to:

* Supplier amendment fees
* Fare differences
* Hotel rate differences
* Availability
* Administrative/service charges

A booking amendment is not considered confirmed until the revised arrangements have been confirmed in writing.

14. No-Show

If a customer fails to arrive for a booked service without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

No-show bookings may be completely non-refundable depending on the supplier’s terms.

15. Refunds for Unused Services

No refund will normally be provided for unused portions of a package or service after travel has commenced unless a refund is approved by the relevant supplier.

This may include unused hotel nights, transportation, tours, meals, attraction tickets or other services.

16. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, valid travel documents and required documentation within the requested timeframe.

Evershine Global will not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information, expired documents, missed deadlines or failure to comply with applicable travel or immigration requirements.

17. Policy Changes

Evershine Global reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary.

The policy applicable to a customer’s booking will be based on the terms communicated at the time of booking, subject to the conditions of the relevant service providers and applicable law.

18. Important Notice

By confirming a booking with Evershine Global, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the applicable booking, cancellation and refund conditions.

Cancellation and refund conditions may differ for each booking. Customers are advised to carefully review the specific terms provided with their quotation or booking confirmation before making payment.
